UNPPS was founded by Lorena Iglesias around a practical observation: nonprofits and public-serving teams often know what their communities need, but limited time, funding, and specialized capacity slow down execution.
Our role is to close that gap in focused pieces. We can help shape the message, organize the funding effort, build the small workflow, and produce the outreach—without turning a manageable problem into a sprawling consulting engagement.
